Tea Biscuits – PICK UP
These tea biscuits are a staple in our retail storefronts and another legacy from our Scottish baker from the 1940s. Â When lathered in butter or Devonshire cream and topped with preserves or marmalade, they amply fulfill their name-sake duties. In addition they make the perfect strawberry or peach shortcake. Also ideal as a near-perfect base for creamed eggs or creamed chicken.
